Necessary documents for the Deed:

 

 

  • Civil identification and tax identification documents of the stakeholders.

  • Content certificate of all current inscriptions and descriptions.

  • Caderneta Predial Urbana or Application for registration of the Building at the headquarters (Model I of IMI) issued by the Tax and Customs Authority.

  • Use license (property built after August 1951).

  • Technical Housing Form (if the User License was issued after 03/30/2004).

  • Infrastructure Certificate (if you have an Allotment Permit registered since 1992, with no deposit and if it is the first transfer).

  • Energy and Indoor Air Quality Certificate in Buildings.

  • Proof of payment of IMT.

  • Proof of payment of Stamp Duty.

  • Statements of Exercise of Preemptive Rights (if any).

  • Toponymy certificate (if any).

  • Declaration of the loan's outstanding amounts for the purpose of settling it (if any).

  • Settle the IMI (Municipal Property Tax)

  • In properties that are intended for permanent housing and leasing, the request for exemption from payment of IMI (Municipal Property Tax), can be made within 60 days after the execution of the deed, in the Finance Department of the property area.
